Baseline ImPACT Testing for Winter Sports - November 2017

2017-2018 Baseline ImPACT testing
As part of Marin Academy’s comprehensive Sport Concussion Management Program, baseline ImPACT testing is mandatory for all student-athletes. MA covers the cost of all baseline and post-injury tests. Baseline tests are valid for 2 years.

Freshmen, Juniors, and any other student-athletes who did not play a sport in 2016-17, (transfer students, for example), are required to take a baseline tests at the beginning of their first sports season of the year.  All baseline testing will take place in the SIC 102 (Biology) Classroom.
 
Please note:
  • Testing will START at the time noted.  Students should arrive a few minutes before the assigned time.
  • Students will need to bring their fully-charged computer with them, and should bring their power cord as well
  • Computers MUST have a USB port
  • GoogleChrome is the recommended browser
  • All testing will take place in the SIC 102 (Biology) Classroom
  • The test takes about 25-35 minutes to complete, which will leave time to get lunch when you are done before the afternoon block starts.
