In 1971, our founders re-envisioned education. They realized—far ahead of their time—the importance of incorporating experiential learning with intellectual development.

We know that today’s liberal arts must go beyond the idea of knowledge for knowledge’s sake. Students are pushed to think about the ways they will engage their knowledge, understandings, and skills to make a difference in their communities, both small and large.
