MA's 10-acre campus is the best of all worlds. We have the perfect blend of an urban setting, with access to a vibrant downtown, and the feel of being in nature with our sunny, mild climate and tree-filled campus.

San Rafael is an exciting place to be. It isn’t just a majestic campus, but feels integrated into the community. For a high schooler it offers the perfect off-campus autonomy to feel like they are out in the world, but not too overwhelming.

With students from nearly 60 zip codes, MA brings the Bay Area together. Students explore the Bay through friendships and real-world learning that expands their horizons and deepens their sense of connection close to home.

I can’t tell you enough how grateful we feel to be a part of this community... [My son] feels supported and pushed and is so inspired. He feels comfortable using the many resources offered at school and  hAS taken initiative to do so on his own. What more could a parent and student want.

 Our transportation options reflect responsiveness to our community's needs. 

I think many [prospective] families are concerned about the commute…but it hasn’t been an issue and that has felt surprising….I feel it opens up such an exciting new perspective and world for [our son].  For us, this balance has truly been the best of both worlds.
