Once accepted, students and their families make a three-year commitment to Crossroads. We expect students to aim for 100% attendance, to follow through with all assignments, to treat themselves and others with respect, and to make the most of every activity, situation, and encounter.

Families have an important role in the Crossroads program. We ask them to partner with us in supporting their children through the entirety of their involvement. We also expect families to attend family events, and encourage them to contribute their presence, time, and talents whenever they can.
