The Financial Aid Committee requires a Parent’s Financial Statement (PFS) and supporting documents from parents, step-parents and applicant (if applicable). This information must be submitted each year to demonstrate financial need. The Committee utilizes the School and the Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) analysis as a guideline when making awards.
In the case of divorced or separated parents, the school requires that both parents complete and submit the PFS forms and will not be bound by the assertion that one parent has disclaimed responsibility for educational expenses. If either parent is remarried, we will also consider the assets of the step-parent, bearing in mind the obligations of the step-parent to his or her own children.

The Winter Art Show, which opened on January 16, was a huge success. Students showed works in drawing, painting, photography, and ceramics. According to art teacher Katharine Boyd, the Winter Art Show highlighted “the amazing talent and hard work of MA art students.” You can see a small sampling of their work here. The spring art show, known as Night of the Arts, will be held on May 22 this year.
